What is a Web User ID?
It's the 6-digit number sent to you via SMS when your web account was first activated.
If you haven't activated your account yet, use the Activate link on the login page.
Forgot Web User ID
Provide your registered phone number and first name to retrieve your ID.
Your Web User ID will be sent to your registered phone number via SMS.
